Everyone HATES Cellulite!

Cellulite is a serious problem for most women – especially for women over 35. It appears mainly on the buttocks and thigh areas and can often be extremely unsightly. It’s a myth to think that only fat women suffer from cellulite. Thin people are not immune.
One thing is certain; most women hate cellulite and want to get rid of it - at all costs.

How can I get rid of Cellulite?

Through proper diet, exercise and anti cellulite creams, you can regain that smooth skin and shapely figure without having to resort to costly and sometimes dangerous cosmetic surgery.

How does it work?

Babaria's Anti Cellulite cream helps stimulate the breakdown of fat whilst reducing water retention.  Carnitin (a protein), helps to eliminate and further prevent the accumulation of fats and wastes that become trapped in the susceptible cells just below the skin surface, leading to the formation of cellulite.
Caffeine helps to improve circulation, flushing away fats and fluids.
Fucus Vesiculosus (seaweed) helps boost synthesis of collagen and elastin to help firm the skin tone.
Whilst Aloe Vera actively maintains the skins correct moisture balance.

Take Care of Your Face This Winter

Is your moisturiser doing enough to keep your skin at its best?

Mine isn’t and I bet most of us could do with a little help here and there.

As featured on the GMTV This Morning Programme you should be using a richer moisturiser in the winter to help protect your skin and to help prevent it from drying out. I recommend Aloe Vera Nourishing Cream from Babaria. It’s rich enough to help keep your skin moisturised, but is absorbed easily and doesn’t feel heavy, making this the ultimate moisturiser for the winter months.

Another tip from the GMTV This Morning Programme was to use facial oil once or twice a week for the ultimate skin care. Musk Rose Facial Oil from Babaria is almost 100% pure. It has the most amazing qualities, helping to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, whilst firming the skin. Musk Rose Oil is well known for its exceptional qualities, helping to repair sun damaged skin, acne scars, stretch marks, and post operative scaring. ( This oil does not have to be kept exclusively for the face, some pregnant women find it invaluable in helping to prevent stretch marks).

Protect your hands this winter.

One of the first places to show our age is our hands. Unfortunately our hands are almost always on show.

The skin on our hands is thin, delicate and often dry, our hands seem to be the first to suffer from the cold, or from our centrally heated homes and air conditioned offices.

You can help keep your hands and nails in tip top condition this winter just remember to follow these three simple rules.

Protect your hands from the cold by making a habit of wearing gloves when you venture outside.

Make sure you wear rubber gloves when doing the washing up or using cleaning products, especially during the winter. Overexposure to both water and harsh chemicals in dishwashing liquids, draws the natural moisture and lubrication out of your hands.

Most importantly of all, use a good hand cream a few times a day to keep the skin on your hands moisturised and to prevent your nails from drying out and splitting.

I recommend three hand creams from the Babaria range.

Aloe Vera consentrated Hand and Nail Cream, also contains glycerine to help lock in that moisture, it's great for dry hands it is absorbed easily with no sticky residue.

Rosa Mosqueta Intense Hydration Hand Cream with Musk Rose Oil, (this one is my personal favourite), it is absorbed easily and is delicately fragarenced.

If your hands are in need of a bit more help, try Hand and Nail Nourishing Gel with Snail Extract which helps to heal abrasions, (how do you think snails manage to have perfect skin?). This hand gel is non greasy and odourless and is absorbed quickly with no residue.
